Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year!
There will be an assessment day on August 19, 2019.  Teachers will call and schedule appointments for the assessment day during the week of August 12th.  School begins on August 20, 2019.  Our school start and end times are 7:45-3:05 Monday through Thursday.  Scholars may begin arriving no earlier than 7:35 as there is no supervision until 7:35. Scholars will be let into the building at 7:40. Scholars will be marked tardy at 7:46.  If a child is tardy, they should report to the front foyer to receive a tardy slip from the Community Advocate.

Minnequa scholars follow the district dress code guidelines.  We do not require school uniforms.

Minnequa Elementary School utilizes a portion of the school's Title I funds to purchase school supplies for all scholars.  If parents wish to make a school supply donation, we appreciate hand sanitizer, baggies, tissue, pencils, and or expo markers.

Scholars will receive free breakfast and lunch again this school year.  We are excited to inform you that we have also been awarded the healthy snack grant again for the afternoons Monday through Thursday!  This is a sample of healthy fruit and or vegetables each day.
